1.4) Oil Palm The DIT implemented regulatory measures to oversee procurement activities and ensure the balance of palm oil supply
as follows.
(1) Measures on oil palm fresh fruit procurement practices A specific prohibition was introduced as follows: “Oil palm fruit collection center operators (collection yards) shall not engage in any practices that cause oil palm fruits to fall unnaturally from their bunch, including but not limited to the use of grates, conveyer chutes with mesh for handling palm bunches, or any tools or devices intended to separate detached fruits.” Violations are subject to a maximum imprisonment of 5 years, a fine not exceeding THB 100,000, or both. The DIT also deployed special inspection teams to monitor field conditions and rigorously inspect procurement practices of palm oil extraction factories and collection yards to ensure their compliance with market mechanisms and relevant
laws.
(2) Palm oil supply balance management The DIT required palm oil refinery operators to submit daily reports detailing the quantities and specifics of procurement, production, sales, inventory levels, and storage locations. This enabled more efficient supply management and facilitated the formulation of corrective measures for price and supply issues. Additionally, the DIT closely monitored palm oil and palm fruit inventory and sales to prevent hoarding and consumer
exploitation.

และกฎห้มายทีเกียวข้อง
(2) บัริิห้าริจัดการิส่มดุลนํามัน ปาล์ม โดยกําห้นดให้้ผู้ประกอบการโรงกล่นนําม่น ปาลม์ รายงานขอ้ มลู ปรมิ าณ์และรายละเอยี ดการรบ่ ซื้อ้ ปรมิ าณ์การผลติ ปรมิ าณ์การจําห้นา่ ยและรายละเอยี ด การจําห้น่าย ปริมาณ์ค้งเห้ล้อและสถีานทีเก็บนําม่น ปาล์มเป็นรายว่น เพ้อเพิมประสิทธิภาพการบริห้าร จด่ การและกําห้นดมาตรการแกไ้ ขปญั ห้าดา้ นราค้าและ ปริมาณ์นําม่นปาล์ม รวมท่งติดตามค้วามเค้ล้อนไห้ว เกียวก่บปริมาณ์และการจําห้น่ายนําม่นปาล์มและ ผลปาลม์ นํา มน่ และปอ้ งกน่ การกก่ ตนุ มใิ ห้ม้ กี ารฉวยโอกาส
