In addition, the Company also has activity to promote innovation and creation of new concepts
on development and enhancement of productivity of the organization. Such activity has been organized
under the name of “AUCT CAMP, Good Ideas Must be Shown” with objectives to strengthen creative
thinking skills and encourage employees to have a systematic conceptual framework to develop and present
new ideas that can be applied effectively in actual operation. During this activity, a Contest for Innovation
and Concept for Work Development has been arranged to open opportunities for various departments
to present the outstanding work and ideas to the Board of Directors for consideration. The creative works
which can enhance productivity with possibility for practical application have been selected. The first prize
has been presented to the department with outstanding work to motivate and promote an innovative
culture within the organization concretely.

Head of Internal Audit and Head of Compliance
The Company has 2 internal audit heads, namely, Mr. Thanee Boonwattanasiri, Internal Audit
Head and Secretary of the Audit Committee and Mr. Navit Nariswaranondha, Internal Audit Head and
Secretary of the Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee, to oversee the operations,
audit the internal control system and supervise the operations pursuant to the criteria of the Office of the
Securities and Exchange Commission, the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the relevant agencies. Details
on biography of the Internal Audit Heads are shown in the Attachment 3.
The person taking the highest responsibility in finance and accounting
On 1 September 2022, the Company has appointed Mr. Suhol Ratchaya as Chief Accounting
and Finance Officer to be the person taking the highest responsibility in finance and accounting of the
Company. Details of the person taking the highest responsibility in finance and accounting is shown in
attachment 1.
