The Company has 192 female employees and 268 male employees, with the remuneration ratio
of female employees to male employees of 48:52, pursuant to the direction ratio of female employees to
male employees.
The Company has a provident fund to encourage for long-term savings and financial security
for employees, by providing employees with the opportunity to choose a variety of investment policies
according to their suitability and risk appetite for maximum benefit of accumulating savings for retirement,
coupled with the arrangement of activities to provide knowledge and training on savings and investments
on continued basis to foster knowledge and understanding on financial planning to the employees. In 2025,
352 employees participated in and became members of the provident fund, accounting for 76.52 percent
of the total number of employees. Maximum savings rate for employees is at the rate of 15 percent of
wages, and maximum contribution rate of the employees is at the rate of 3 percent of wages
Employee engagement
The Company has conducted the employee engagement survey with objective to encourage
the employees to express their opinions beneficial for development of strategy and for usage as guidelines
for human resource management. In 2025, average scores on overall results of the employee engagement
survey were 83.03% higher than the previous year 1.49%. Results obtained from each topic have been
further analyzed by the Human Resource Department to plan for development and improvement of
satisfaction level of the employees in 2026.
Turnover rate of employee
In 2025, the Company’s turnover rate accounted for 20.13 percent, increased by 0.36 percent
from 2024. In 2026, the Human Resources Division will still set target on turnover rate during the first 120
days to analyze the resignation causes by division to further prepare and improve the development plan.
