6. Marketing Risk Management
The Company is aware of potential marketing risks caused by competition, change of customer
behavior and advancement of technology, therefore, the Company has established guidelines to monitor
the situation and adjust marketing policies to make them conformed to the business environment to maintain
competitiveness and sustainable growth.

In 2025, there were signs of recovery, and it was a year with both
challenges and opportunities. Sales of vehicles in 2025 increased by 8.5 percent
compared with previous year (YoY), and increased in all segments, both
commercial vehicles, and passenger vehicles. While electric vehicles are still
gaining popularity. Although it was a challenging year, the Company could
maintain a market share of 40 percent to 50 percent and rank first in vehicle
auction business.

In addition, the Company conducted the customer satisfaction survey
in numerous services and average satisfactory levels obtained from total customers
who answered the survey were 86.29 percent. Even though it decreased from the previous year but it
also remains within the scope of criteria that can be improved, so there's no need for an urgent improvement
plan. Services which have been surveyed in the customer satisfaction survey were transportation services,
AUCT BID, AUCT Prestige program, online payment system, vehicle conditions inspection, online sound
engine analysis, and loan and insurance services, as well as organizing an off-site Big Bike auction, etc.
Such results demonstrated that the services provided by the Company were interesting and get a good
feedback from the customers.
