qualified employees for the organization.
Encourage for creation of innovation, starting from within the organization, by improving
work process to reduce working procedures while increase working efficiency, and by
implementing the system and technology to facilitate the work, gor example, using an
OCR system to read vehicle registration books reduces errors in data entry.

Do not use violence to solve the problem
Prevent risks from corruption from using position for personal gain and all kinds of
bribery by strictly complying with anti-corruption and fraud policy.
