2 greenhouse gas emissions were 5.81% and 4.90%, respectively. Overview of greenhouse gas emissions
is decreased from the previous year for 31.18 percent and decreased from the base year for 25.96 percent
in line with the decrease in the Company's business activities. This is due to a decrease in the volume of
goods entering the auction process, in line with the overall industry trend. When comparing the amount
of greenhouse gas emissions with the Company’s revenue, it is found that the amount of greenhouse gas
emissions is in the same direction as the proportion of the Company’s revenue growth has slowed.

The Company has policy to operate the business with transparency and open for the audit
at all levels. The Company has no policy to take advantages on its competitors by playing unfair games,
such as distorting the business information to make customers or trade counterparts misunderstand in
order to make use of its advantages on competitors in the same type of business to acquire customers
by conducting business that is unfair to competitors.
