3. The Company by Ms. Parnsheewa Suwannapura, Chief People and Culture Officer,
participated as a speaker at the Digital HR Asia Thailand Conference 2025 to exchange point of view on
the topic of “Transforming HR, Aligning Strategies and Driving Growth: How Thailand’s HR Leaders are
Shaping the Future of Work”, by emphasizing concepts of driving the organization with technology together
with the attentiveness to personnel which reflected the Company’s roles in supporting the development
of human capital, corporate culture and building future of work by balancing between digital and humanity’s
value which is the important fundamental for sustainable growth.
4. The Company provided massage services to alleviate office syndrome symptom for
employees by hiring the visually impaired masseurs from the Thailand Caulfield Foundation for the Blind
under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. This activity did not
only help promote the well-being of employees, it also supported the creation of career and revenue
generation of the visually impaired person, reflecting the Company’s roles in supporting equal employment
and development of the labor market in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.
Contribution to the Community
The Company has arranged to have the police inspection points in the Company’s area in
order to prevent the potential dangers to the Company and the community in neighborhood area. The
main objective is to encourage the well living together and safety of the community. In addition, the Company
maintained a clean environment in the Company's alley entrance to ensure cleanliness and safety.
