Role in Labor Market
The Company has played the important role in the labor market of the country for all the time
in the auction business. The Company has strictly complied with the rules and regulations of the Ministry
of Labor regarding the labor law in order to continuously support the community’s growth and strength.
The activities for employees in 2025 included:
1. The Company’s management,
Ms. Parnsheewa Suwannapura, Chief People and Culture
Officer, was honored to be a guest speaker from London
Universities @ Bangkok Center (LUBC) under the topic
“Thai HR Policies Every Entry-Level Job Seeker Should
Know” to convey knowledge on labor laws, work culture
and preparation of readiness before entering the Thai
labor markets to foreign students, as well as to provide
opportunities for Myanmar students to undergo internship
to enhance their practical experience in learning to work in the context of Thai society, reflecting the
Company’s roles in participating in human resources development and support labor markets on sustainable
basis.
2. The Company put emphasis on
participating on development of knowledge and technology
ecosystem of labor markets, whereas in 2025, the
Company’s management, Mr. Siripat Thammanoonkul,
Chief Technology Officer, was honored to participate as
a speaker at ‘The 42nd Digital Transformation Summit
Thailand’ under the topic “From Elephants to Algorithms
– AI and ML’s Role in Unlocking the Future of Business”
jointly with the industry leaders to exchange perspectives
on the application of AI and Machine Learning Technology in driving business. Such activity reflected the
Company’s role in supporting the development of digital skills and capacity building of personnel in the
labor market in a sustainable manner.
