Other revenues
Other revenues in 2025 are equal to Baht 15.97 million mainly attributed to interest income from
bank deposits, as well as the average deposit interest rate between 0.60 – 1.30% per annum (2024: 1.23
– 2.05% per annum).

2. 3. Vehicle expenses were wages paid to moving companies that transferred vehicles that were up for auction from storage facilities
to other locations in order to wait for auction and the expense of transporting after-sales cars to customers who auctions.
The cost of arranging auctions was expenses related to the cleaning of cars brought to auction, the filling of cars after they had
been auctioned so that an auctioned car can be moved, additional employee wages, decorations for the auction site, etc.
Total cost of services for 2025 was Baht 572.97 million (2024: Baht 639.17 million), and the ratio of
revenue from services increased by 56.63% (2024: 49.54%). Most of the cost of services is the cost of
vehicles which varied in line with the volume of cars entering the auction process and ending the auction
including the transportation costs fluctuating according to the up and down of fuel prices, increased
employee expenses, and other auction costs. In 2025, the Company also still allocated expenses for
personnel development to enhance quality of life of employees and arranged the employee satisfaction
and engagement surveys with target to develop personnel with the organization on sustainable basis in
the future.
