In 2025, the Company’s total assets equaled Baht 1,809.75 million (2024: Baht 2,050.89 million,
decreased by Baht 241.14 million or 13.32%. The significant changes from the year 2024 are as follows:

Cash and cash equivalents equaled Baht 126.96 million decreased by 42.45 million Baht or 7.02%
of total assets.

Other current financial assets equaled Baht 170.09 million decreased by 130.00 million Baht or
9.40% of total assets.

Right-of-use assets under lease agreement was Baht 951.61 million decreased by Baht 33.35
million or 52.58% of total assets.

Net improvement of property, building, and equipment equaled Baht 378.69 million increased by
Baht 6.70 million or 20.92% of total assets, which were the results of renovation of branches areas and
warehouses.
Total Liabilities
In 2025, the total of liabilities was Baht 1,308.05 million (2024: Baht 1,486.12 million) decreased by
Baht 178.07 million or 72.28% of total assets. The significant changes from the year 2024 are as follows:

Accounts payable and other current payables were Baht 178.90 million decreased by Baht 162.45
million or 9.89% of total assets. Most of these were vehicle payables that needed to be repaid to owners
which were due within 4 - 7 days from the auction date.

Financial lease agreement liabilities was Baht 996.54 million decreased by Baht 10.29 million or
55.07% of total assets, caused by the additional land lease agreement.

Other non-current liabilities was Baht 80.84 million decreased by Baht 0.23 million or 4.47% of
total assets. Most of them are auction deposits.
