In 2025, the Company meets, disseminates and communicates information to analysts, investors,
and shareholders as follows:
1. Arranging the Company Visit for providing performance information to analysts, investors,
shareholders, and funds both domestic and abroad through physical meeting and virtual meeting as follows:

Customers of CGS International Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. for 6 cases

Foreign investors totally 9 groups cosist of Singapore 3 cases, the United States 3
cases, Hong Kong 2 cases, and Germany 1 case.

Business Ethics
The Company has set up the Code of Business Ethics for Board of Directors, executives and
employees as the guidelines for their practices to accomplish the Company’s mission with honesty and
ethics. They include the practices towards the Company, all stakeholders, public and society based on
working principles under the law regulations and contracts with partners as well as follow up on the
implementation of such guidelines on a regular basis and reporting to the Corporate Governance and Risk
Management Committee. The Company has established a written code of business ethics, which consists
of Corporate Governance Policy, Business Ethics, Operational Requirements, Whistleblowing, complaints
or suggestions, and penalty. The Board of Directors reviews the business ethics annually and regularly
monitor the compliance results, including find the guidelines to prevent deficiencies to prevent wrongful
conduct or reoccurrence. In 2025, the Company increased the operational guidelines on anti-unfair
competition practices and occupational safety, health, and environment. The Company has disclosed the
guidelines on the Company's website under the topic of “Corporate Governance”. It is also specified that
the training about business ethic shall be provided to the new employees during the orientation session
by preparing as a refresh course in e-Learning format for the existing employees at least once a year. In
2025, the Company arranged the Core Values course to be a part of the curriculum, contains content
about business ethics training to executives and all employees to refresh their knowledge on business
ethics. In addition, during the previous year, there was no case where the employee violated business
ethics was found at all.
