CAPE MAY LIGHTHOUSE Built in 1859 and still an aid to navigation, visitors can climb the 199 steps to the top of the lighthouse for a spectacular panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay for a fee. For those who choose not to climb, there’s a fully-accessible visitors center, Museum Shop and beautiful grounds to explore. ■
