To date, Freddie Mac has sold $7 billion of non-performing loans and transacted $43 billion of re-performing loans comprised of (i) $27 billion via fully guaranteed PCs, (ii) $14 billion via SCRT senior/sub securitizations, and (iii) $2 billion via Seasoned Loans Structured Transaction offerings.
