Starting at the Mill Pond in New London one can canoe or kayak through the Mill Pond, Neer Park and then up the River. As much as five miles to Monongalia. Scenery, birds, ducks, deer and other wildlife abound as you paddle the easy waters (depending on wind and waves) from New London north.
