FUN FAct Nova-Tech was established in 1992 as a 2-person company in Willmar, Minnesota. What began as one person’s
passion to leverage emerging technology to benefit agriculture is now a global realtiy. After rapid growth over the last 20 years, it now holds 7 US patents and employs over 100 professionals. The equipment they invented can be found in over 250 hatcheries in more than 30 countries and 6 continents around the world. Nova-Tech’s machines revolutionized how poultry is handled in hatcheries. These machines safely and humanely treat the beaks and claws of turkeys, ducks and chickens without the use of blades.

In Willmar, the MinnWest Technology Campus combines history with technology. The MinnWest Technology Campus was once home to the historic state owned and operated healthcare facility. In 2006 it was transformed into the MinnWest Technology campus. The campus is located on 100 beautiful and historic lakeside acres with over 500,000 square feet of prime office and light manufacturing space. The campus is equipped with a wide array of amenities including a fitness center, gymnasium, indoor pool and daycare facility, on-site dining and a conference center with the
capacity to accommodate 200 people. MinnWest Technology Campus is home to the newest Coworking space in West Central Minnesota.
Coworking is a work and meeting space that is shared by a community of individuals, businesses and startups.
