Children’s passion for the world of drawing can be an opportunity for teachers to use
drawing techniques in teaching. With these techniques, teachers not only transfer
information on the subject, but also an opportunity to go to their world. They will be
motivated to learn more when passionate. The students learnt drawing techniques
using numbers. Drawing with numbers would make it easier for students to draw. For
example: number 2 can be used to draw a duck, number 5 can be used to draw an
apple, number 9 can be used to draw a snail and so on. Children were excited to see
their Mathematics class transform to art class and numbers changing to animals, fruits,
insects, birds etc. Students participated enthusiastically and enjoyed the activity.
