short form of any 4- digit number of their choice to identify the 4- digit numbers
formed by them. The students were able to define and demonstrate
understanding of place value and expanded form with paper strips.

The students shared their review on the books that they had read as a part of the
National Reading Day celebration on 21 June. This activity helped them to understand

the importance of cultivating the habit of reading from childhood. Many children got
inspired to read those books which were reviewed by their classmates.
