Management Plan

 Gather all Stakeholders. Follow the 5 Steps for Risk

Management Process and determine the

technique (decision) for each Risk.

 The initial development is a lengthy and
comprehensive process. Plan for the collection of

data from each stakeholder (Program Lead)

 Board approval of the Risk Management Plan

 Review/Monitor/Track/Report on Plan Progress

regularly.
