Category Four (Standard 4.6):
Organizational Leadership
• An organization-wide, comprehensive risk
assessment has been completed within
the past 2 years and reported to the
governing board.
• Organization-wide, not just for one group
of programs/departments (e.g. Head
Start, Weatherization).
• Must be comprehensive, not just for one
function (e.g. finance, human resources).
• Risk assessment results must be reported
to the board.
