      This SOP's Purpose/Goal
      To ensure that the learning outcomes for each course is addressed. Further, this process will ensure that the appropriate
      methodology(ies) is (are) utilized to assess whether and to what extent, student learning has occurred.

      Standard Operation:
      1. During the learning event, instructors are required to provide ongoing feedback to learners to ensure learners are able to achieve
      the course learning objectives/outcomes.
         a. Throughout the course, the Moodle learning management system will generate automated notifications to inform the
         instructors of completion of the course learning assessment for all participants. Note the instructors will also receive an email
         notification.

      2. The instructor will assess the learning assessment results of each individual learner.
         a. If the learner has passed the learning assessment and the instructor confirms the learner achieves the learning outcomes, the
         course instructor will inform the Data Manager of the successful achievement.
         b. If the learner has not received a passing grade or the assessment is incomplete, the instructor will contact the learner to
         ensure there are no questions on the course or learning objectives. The instructor will follow-up with the learner as needed to
         ensure the achievement of learning outcomes. Note the learner has 3 attempts to pass the course.
