CSBG Program Development












                                         Conduct a community needs assessment every three years on the causes
                                         and conditions of poverty within their service area. The execution of a

                                         regular Community Needs Assessment is a requirement.





                                         Governing body reviews the mission statement within the past 5 years.
                                         Assures that it addresses poverty and the programs and services are

                                         aligned with the mission.






                                         Identify the available resources to address the unmet needs of the

                                         community’s most vulnerable residents.
