Value Streams

Using this value stream process, we can identify areas of

waste, such as manual data entry or redundant approval

steps, and look for opportunities to streamline the process,

reduce errors, and improve efficiency. For example, we could

automate the timekeeping system to reduce manual data

entry and implement electronic approvals to streamline the

approval process. By analyzing the value stream for payroll,

we can identify and prioritize improvement opportunities to

increase the overall value of the process.
