• Talent: Not making the most of talent, hiring the wrong person, or
personnel resources can affect the efficiency of a process.
• Ideas: not taking people ideas into account, overlooking SME ideas.
• Capital / Cash: not investing or upgrading improvements to a process
like waiting.
• Type I Muda: non-value-added tasks but essential to the process
organization.
• Type II Muda: non-value-added tasks that are not essential and can be
removed.
