Instructions
1. Review all the post-it notes with strategies on the board.
2. Reflect on the potential impact of each strategy in terms
of enrollment, considering both short-term and long-
term effects.
3. Each member will receive a set of 4 colored dots to use
for voting.
4. Place your dots next to the strategies that you believe
will have the greatest impact on reaching our enrollment
target of 3,000 students. You can distribute your dots
across different strategies or place multiple dots on a
single strategy if you feel strongly about its impact.
5. Once everyone has finished voting, we will count the
dots for each strategy.
6. The top strategies with the most dots will be selected as
our areas of focus for increasing enrollment.
