Welcome to Southern University at New Orleans’ (SUNO) mid-year
assessment. I have been looking forward to today as it represents an
important milestone towards significant performance gains. This is an
exciting time to be at SUNO as we continue our journey.

The purpose of our meeting is to share our respective results from
operations and to open dialogue that will be beneficial for going forth into the
Purpose and second half of the year. The desired outcomes include:

• Documented accomplishments to date
• Identification of barriers or obstacles that impair our ability to
