• To rank the four indicators—student demographics, enrollment demographics, market

outlook, and grade distribution—for Group A (Even #s Program) and Group B (Odd #s
Program), develop a clear methodology for scoring each indicator (see one example
below). Each indicator has a maximum score of 25 points, and the total score for all four
indicators cannot exceed 100 points.

1. Student Demographics (Maximum 25 Points)

• GPA (10 Points)

• GPA 3.5-4.0: 10 points
• GPA 3.0-3.4: 7 points

• GPA 2.5-2.9: 4 points
• GPA below 2.5: 1 point

• ACT Score (5 Points)
• ACT 30-36: 5 points

• ACT 24-29: 4 points
• ACT 18-23: 3 points

• ACT 12-17: 2 points
• ACT below 12: 1 point
