Goal 5: Agencies Increase Their Capacity to

               Achieve Results



               National Performance Indicator 5.1 – Agency Development

               One way to document how agencies increase their capacity to achieve results is by providing a
               snapshot that shows the extent of the human capital resources available to CAAs and to the
               community. To that end, NPI 5.1 measures agency development by the number of human capital
               resources available to Community Action that increase agency capacity to achieve family and
               community outcomes.

               Overview: NPI 5.1 measures agency development by the number of human capital resources
               available within the agency



                     Report CAA staff in all applicable items each year


               Applicable Activities:


               Established types of agency development to be reported include:

                  o  Number of Certified Community Action Professionals (CCAP)


                  o  Number of Nationally Certified ROMA Trainers
                  o  Number of Family Development Certified Staff


                  o  Number of Child Development Certified Staff
                  o  Number of staff attending trainings

                  o  Number of Board members attending trainings

                  o  Hours of staff in trainings

                  o  Hours of Board members in trainings
