The organization’s auditor presents the audit to the governing board
The tripartite board/advisory body is notified of the availability of the local
government audit
Auditor must conduct the presentation in person, via conference call, or over
the web
Agenda item and minutes from the board meeting with a printed or electronic
copy of a PowerPoint or similar type of presentation
