      A LEARNING PURPOSE

--- -After completing this topic, you are expected to identify students’
           learning needs.

      B INDICATOR

Describe the significance of recognizing and understanding students'
              learning needs.

Develop a project plan that includes clear objectives for identifying
              students' learning needs.
Execute the project plan to collect data through observations and
              interviews effectively.
Present the project results in a clear and organized manner to
demonstrate understanding of identified learning needs.
Reflect on how the module has equipped you to identify students' learning
needs and discuss potential applications in various contexts.

      C TOPIC DESCRIPTION

----The topic "Learning Needs” introduces the important concept of how to
identify student learning needs. This module combines "scaffolding" and
"project-based learning" approaches to help students understand and apply
            these concepts in real situations.
----This module consists of steps that gradually take participants through a
process of understanding and application. The first step introduces the
concept of learning needs through videos and readings. The second step
presents case studies and discussions to illustrate variations in learning
needs. The third step explains identification strategies with videos and small

group exercises. The fourth step involves real case studies and group
discussions. The fifth step provides a step-by-step guide to conducting a
survey or interview. The sixth step asks participants design a learning needs
identification project. The next steps involve project implementation,
presentation of results, and final reflection, as well as discussions about the
application of the concept to everyday situations. This module focuses on
providing an in-depth understanding of students' learning needs and
incorporates learning strategies that focus on experience and practical
            application.
