We apply an insect resistance agent, and you’re covered by our 15-year
insect resistance limited warranty. Larvae feed deep in the carpet pile in
dark and undisturbed areas, so regular vacuuming along skirtings, under
furniture and in corners will stop them in their tracks. And if a customer
complains with a genuine issue, we’ll put it right.
