REVEREND AUBREY B. RALPH, SR.
Reverend Aubrey B. Ralph, Sr. is a global mission leader, teaching and preaching elder at
Centreville Baptist Church in Northern Virginia and the Caribbean Director for World Hope Bible
Institute, a ministry which provides training and professional development of pastors and ministry
leaders in Guyana, Grenada, Trinidad, Haiti and 55 other countries. He also founded and is
President of Rebuild Haiti which helps to build churches, schools, homes, and dig wells.
Previously, Rev. Ralph served as an elder at Union County Baptist Church in NJ. He has also
served as director of Disaster Response for the Caribbean Baptist Fellowship, and later, was
interim Pastor of the Baptist International Church and Atonement Baptist churches in Brooklyn,
NY.
A native of Guyana, SA where he received his early education, Rev. Ralph served as a youth leader
and a lay preacher at Central Baptist Church in Georgetown. Upon completing seminary, he
became the Lead Pastor of Central Baptist Church and later, Chairman of the Baptist Convention
of Guyana. He served in leadership roles in various ministries and organizations, including being
the Director for the Georgetown Chapter of Youth For Christ and assisted in conducting a camping
retreat for 100 at risk boys from the Onderneeming Boys Reformatory school.
He is VP and Senior Project Manager with SAIC, a Federal Government IT contractor. In 2020,
he and others started a scholarship fund for children and distributed 80,000 meals in the displaced
people’s settlement of Canaan, Haiti, near Titanyen, where thousands of victims of the January
2010 earthquake are buried.
Rev. Ralph is passionate about leading others into a relationship with Christ and His church, then
helping them actualize their faith in the service of humanity.
