1. Lion Saundra Elizabeth Layne (Brooklyn Prospect Heights) mourns the passing of her beloved father, Mr. Cephas Marshall, in
Barbados, but celebrates his long life and happier memories. “Gone from your sight and touch, but forever etched in your heart.
Sleep in eternal peace”.
2. Lion Russell Stuart (Brooklyn Crown Heights) shares the sad news that his brother, Mr. Roy DeCorum has transitioned from his
earthly existence in London, into eternal paradise with his creator. May the family find comfort in the pleasant memories of
yesterday.
3. Lion Mildred Hurlock (Central Brooklyn) has completed her earthly assignments of dedicated service to others and departed this
life. Among others, she leaves to mourn her passing, her daughter, Lion Linda Brown (Central Brooklyn). “May the arms and
heart of God embrace her in the glory of His paradise”.
4. Lion Paul Leslie (Brooklyn Kings County) has completed his divinely assigned service responsibilities and answered the call from
his creator to return to eternity. “May his family and friends find comfort in their pleasant memories”
5. Lion Marilyn Welsh (Brooklyn Crown Heights) shares the sad new that her sister, Ms. Cheryl Harding has transitioned in Guyana,
to her eternal home in heaven with her Divine Creator. “Though absent from your sight and touch, she will always remain in
the pleasant memories that you cherish in your heart”
6. Lion Carl Avery (Brooklyn Prospect Heights) has fought the good fight, kept his faith, finished his divinely
ordained assignments and now rests in eternity. “Life has not ended - only changed. So, we remember him with great affection
and warmth”.
7. Lion Margaret Burke (Brooklyn Winthrop) is saddened to announce the passing of her beloved sister, Mrs. Beverly E. London.
“Blessed are they that mourn. They shall be comforted”.
8. Lion Thomas Nadrowski (Treasurer, Ridgewood / Glendale) is saddened to announce the passing of his beloved mother, Mrs. June
Nadrowski. “Absent from the body, but present in the loving arms of her Creator”.
9. Lion Wilma Kirk, (Brookville) is saddened to announce that her dearly beloved father, Mr. Van Satterwhite has transitioned from
this earthly existence into eternity. “May the angels welcome his spirit as the family finds peace in the memories of happy times”.
10. Lion Don Johnson (Brooklyn Bedford Stuyvesant) shares the sad news that his dear wife, Mrs. Willie Johnson has transitioned from
her earthly body and entered the glory of God’s paradise. “May she rest in perpetual peace”
11. Lion Agustin Nantes ( Sunnyside Suramericano Lions Club) completed his earthly assignments and answered The Creator’s call to
return to Him. Life has not ended, but only changed. “Perfect submission. All is at rest”.
12. Lion Regina Calhoun ( Brooklyn New Horizon) and Past District Leo President Nicole Majors sadly share the heartbreaking news
that their mother and grandmother respectively, has transitioned into eternity. “True love can never die. Praise God, all is well
with her soul”.
13, Lion Beris Baker ( Brooklyn Crown Heights) mourns the transition of his twin brother, Mr. Basil Baker. “Earth has no sorrow that
heaven cannot heal”. May his family and friends cherish the memories with great affection and warmth.
