Established in 1957, Xaverian is one of thirteen schools nationwide sponsored by
the Xaverian Brothers.
By Car:
From Manhattan - North BQE (Rt 278) to Belt Pkwy Exit 1 onto Ridge Blvd. Right to
71 St, Right to Shore Road.
From Long Island - Belt Pkwy to Exit 2 (under Verrazano Bridge), left at exit light
onto Shore Road, continue to 71 Street. School is on the right.
From Staten Island - Verrazano Bridge to second exit (Ft. Hamilton Pkwy), left on
Bay Ridge Pkwy to Shore Road. Right on Shore Road to 71St Street. School is on
right.
By Bus:
'B9' or 'B64' to Shore Road
By Subway:
'R' train to Bay Ridge Avenue station then take the 'B9' or 'B64' Bus to Shore Road.
By NYC Ferry:
Use the 69th street stop and walk along Shore Road to 71st.
