ANNOUNCEMENT
RE: CLUB POINTS CONTEST

We hope this message reaches you and your family in the best of health!

This letter is to remind you that your participation in the Club Points Contest
requires that you submit the name of your Club’s Points Chairperson, the
name of your Club and a statement of your intentions to participate in the
program. Email the information to the District Club Points Chair Jeanette
Forde-Curwen at kidzcounselor03@gmail.com , prior to sending any reports.
This program is meant to encourage Clubs to be actively involved in reaching
the goals of Lionism. Your Club’s Points Chair is advised to collaborate with the
Secretary and Service Chair whose reports to My Lion and My LCI will inform
the Club Points data needed to enter on the Club Points Chart such as service
projects, meetings attendance and the like. The chart displays units ranging
from 10-100 and units are assigned to 64 possible Club activities. Make blank
copies of the chart to submit your report. Please see how you can earn points
on the chart attached for your convenience.

Your Club Points Chair can engage members by preparing a simple graph
displaying the progress and goal of members activities ranging from 1,000
points to 4,000 points. This activity is guaranteed to get members excited to
participate in the service. If you choose, you can send in your July 2021- June
2022 reports monthly or quarterly. If you have any questions, or concerns

At the end of the Lionistic Year, the club points will be tallied, and the top
clubs will be rewarded. In keeping with our District Governors’ theme, let us
continue to approach our projects and service activities with “Growth Through
Service, Teaming Together” for 2021-2022.
