               Sending our profound condolences to these Bereaved Families
    1. Lions  Joyce  Shorey,  (President,  Brooklyn  Jefferson)  regrets  to  announce  the  transition  of  her  sister  Mrs.
        Lucille Hall, in Barbados, West Indies.  She heard the voice of  Jesus say,” Come and  rest. Lay down your
        weary head upon my breast.” She found in Him a resting place, and he has made her glad. Rest in eternal
        peace.
    2. Mid-Bedford  Heights Lions Club is grieving the loss of their beloved member, Lion Millie Bonnett now that
          her earthly assignments have been completed. May she rest in eternal peace, cradled in the loving arms of
          her Creator.
    3.   Brooklyn Bedford Stuyvesant Lions Club reports with great sadness that their Lion/brother Albert Wiley has
          been called to eternal rest by his Creator.  “Although I am absent from you in body, I am present with
          you in spirit.”
    4.   Laurelton Lions mourn with Lion Renee Harper, (Marketing and Public Relations Chairperson) as she mourns
          the passing, but celebrates the long life of her 94-year-old mother, Mrs. Violet Harper who now rests in the
          safe shelter and loving arms of her Eternal Father. “Life has not ended. It has changed. “Be not dismayed;
          is well with my soul. Be encouraged.”
    5.   Members of Remsen-Brownsville and his former club members at Crown Heights Lions Club are mourning
          the transition  of their beloved brother-in-service,  Lion Vernon Legall. “The District Historian”. But we
          celebrate his long life, unapologetic  dedication to Lionism, and commitment to community service. “He
          ran his race with perseverance, dignity, and pride. His life has been changed, not ended, and now, he has
          joined the great cloud of witnesses.”

    6.  The members of Brooklyn Leaders extend their sincere condolences to Lion Kay Fraser (Secretary) and her
          family on the passing of her brother,  Mr. Ray Fraser, in Toronto, Canada. Blessed are those who die in The
          Lord, that they rest from their labors and their good works follow them.”
    7.   Lion Eudelle Vaughn (Charter Member, Brooklyn Farragut)  announces with deep sadness the passing of her
          beloved daughter, Ms. Cynthis Drakes. She responded to the voice of her Creator, who beckoned,” Come to
          me, and I will give you rest. Just lay your weary head upon my breast, and I will give you peace!”
    8.   The Brooklyn Kings County Lions Club members mourn the passing of Lion Keith Griffith, who departed
          from this earthly life in Barbados.  “Well done, good and faithful servant. You have finished your
          assignments. “May the angels welcome you to rest in eternal peace.”
    9.   Lion Abegale Colter (Past President, Brooklyn Metropolis) is saddened by the transition  of her brother, Mr.
          Lyndon Kelly, in Trinidad. “Be not afraid. He reached down, took hold of me, and drew me out of deep
          waters into His heavenly kingdom where He has prepared  a place of eternal peace for me.”
    10. Lion Brenda Farley (Past President, Brooklyn Vanderveer Park/Glenwood)  mourns the passing of her eldest
          son, Mr. Wade Williams, in her homeland of Trinidad  and Tobago. “Blessed are those who die in the Lord.”

    11. Members of Brooklyn Prospect Heights, mourn the passing of Past President Lion Jo-Ann Leonard). Our
          sincerest condolences to you at this time. You have my deepest sympathy and unwavering support. Wishing
          you peace, comfort, courage, and lots of love at this time of sorrow.
