AT 2 ANNUAL BOWL-A-THON
The Central Brooklyn Leos and Lions hosted a
community Bowl-a-Thon / Fundraiser on December 30,
2023 at Bowl 360, in Ozone Park.
The event was supported by the community and helped
to publicize the service provided to the community by
the Lions and Leos.
Players wore banners in pink gold and teal to raise
awareness and provide information about the various
types of cancer.
Along with the two games bowled, scrumptious
refreshments were served. The friendly competitive
game between the Leos and Lions ended in a tie and
we were motivated to make this event bigger next year!
The proceeds of $200,00 will be used to purchase
snacks and games for youth attending the Pediatric
Center at Maimonides Hospital in Brooklyn.
