CLUB & TEAM APPLICATIONS
All Club and Team applications to join the Notts Youth Football League can be submitted
through CARP accessible from our website www.nyfl.co.uk please click on CARP from the top
of our home page, you will then be able to access our Club and Team registration portal.

Teams cannot register until the club has first been registered.

AFFILIATIONS
• All Clubs entering teams in the league must be affiliated to their parent Association. The
appropriate form can be obtained from the County FA

• Clubs must provide the General Secretary details of their affiliation number by 31 July.
• Clubs cannot officially be accepted until they have affiliated to their Association. (We
recommend that clubs complete and return their league application form and notify us of
their affiliation number when known – delays in processing affiliation forms are common in
June when all clubs are sending in their forms)
• Clubs now affiliate with their county association using the FA Competition Portal. If you need
further information, advice or assistance please contact your county association.

LEAGUE FEES
• All league fees are clearly illustrated within the online club and team registration system.

• All accounts must be paid by 1 August - in accordance with The FA Standard Code of
Rules teams are not permitted to play until the account has been paid.
• All invoices will be sent to the nominated recipient within our registration portal.
• Cash and Cheques will no longer be accepted.
