CONTACTING MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
Members of the Management Committee are fully committed to providing clubs with the best
service possible. Every member of the Management Committee is, like yourselves, a volunteer
and has been involved in grassroots football for many years in various roles including team
managers, clubs’ secretaries, referees, and administrators - hence, between them they have a
vast array of experience to be able to assist you.

If you need to contact any member of the Management Committee, please remember:
• Please do not phone after 8.45pm and never on a Sunday.
• Communicate by email wherever possible unless you urgently need to speak to a member
of the committee.
• If you are unsure who to speak to please contact the General Secretary who will either
deal with your enquiry or refer you to the appropriate person
• During the summer months your main point of contact will be the General Secretary

When emailing any of the league committee members, please ensure you state the name of
your team, the age group, the playing day and the division once known, as this will save us
time.
