ICT is a medium of change in the facilitation of teaching and

learning and when used appropriately encourages a shift to a

learner - centred environment.

My philosophy of ICT Education is that all children are unique

and every classroom has its own unique community; and as such,

I must ​be a facilitator who incorporates modern technology into

my lesson delivery. In order, to achieve this, learner motivation

and engagement would be increased, basic skills acquisition

would also be encouraged and above all, a very conducive and

technological classroom environment would be created for

learners of all levels. And by doing so, each and every learner,

especially the girls who always seem not to like ICT education

would be assisted to reach their highest potential.
