Heart-Centered Leadership Foundation helps young adults make
their dreams come true
(Oranjestad)—The Heart-
Centered Leadership Foun-
dation (HCLF) promotes op-
portunities for young adults
between 18 and 29 years
old to start a training jour-
ney as a volunteer, where
