October 30th, the Sales &
Marketing, Reservations and
Events Team at the Aruba
Marriott celebrated Glob-
al Customer Appreciation
Week showing gratitude to
their customers in a unique
way.
Global Customer Appre-
ciation Week (GCAW) is an
initiative of Marriott Interna-
tional, celebrated world-
wide to show our customers
how much Marriott values
their business and take the
OPPORTUNITY to APPRECI-
ATE them and their loyalty
to our brands. It’s a great
time to reinforce relation-
ships with existing customers
and establish connections
with new ones. It is also an
opportunity to highlight the
great customer service pro-
vided by our associates.
During this special week the
Sales Team along with Exec-
utive Members made spe-
cial visits to local and inter-
national customers surprising
them with specials treats as
a token of appreciation for
always trusting the Aruba
Marriott Resort & Stellaris
Casino with organizing their
meetings and events.
