Creative and Colorful EQ3-in-ART Event a Huge Success
ORANJESTAD: Modern furniture store EQ3, lo-
cated on the Boulevard, held their EQ3-in-ART
event recently. Artists showcased their latest
works of art and passions accompanied by
live music by Spanish singer Angela Croes.
Angela also presented her new collection of
painted art.
Other artist showcasing this evening were
Madariaga & Benjumea with their collec-
tion of handmade bags for men and wom-
an, Jeanne Vonkert with her colorful paint-
ings, Frederico Cabello with his spectacular
photos of our beloved island. Diana Hop-
man showed her collage artwork, Espacio
Azul Gallery presented sculptured art, Carol
Habibe’s passionate paintings attracted
much attention as EQ3’s in-house artist Eli-
sa Lejuez did. Gladyz Uzcategui presented
beautiful floral art pieces. Artists like Stella
Green, Mariana Cano, and a fashion show
using the new collection of fabric & leather
options to choose from completed this won-
derful evening.
An evening filled with art, design, passion
and music. Architect Aristides Rodriguez
gave a speech about architecture and
the importance of design. Locally owned,
EQ3-Aruba’s headquarters and factory are
in Canada, therefore beside the delicious
wines La Cava wine house, Canadian whis-
ky was served. EQ3 Aruba was honored by
the presence of their clients, friends, ministers
and politicians.q
