Introduction

Tera Group N.V. has been approached to bid on the project of rebranding
of service stations (gas stations) in Aruba to the new facet of CITGO, in particular
the installation of all pylon signs, canopies, pumps, valances and backcourts, lighting
including the paint-jobs, electrical works and other works involved.
In total there will be 15 gas stations to be converted and renovated to the CITGO-
brand. This proposal contains the execution of the gas station located at:

Boulevard

Tera Group will assist Federal Heath and work together with a contracted team
specialized in construction and installation work. In the following we will give an
explanation and description how the works will be conducted with proposed fees.
All requested forms are attached in this document.
