PALM BEACH — Christmas in the Caribbean offers the
perfect opportunity to relax and have fun in lovely weath-
er, and the culinary team of Sunset Grille at Hilton Aruba
Caribbean Resort & Casino will be making sure you are
not the one preparing the food, and cooking dinner -- it’s
all taken care of in great style, served to be savored with
true holiday cheer.

Christmas is finally here, signaling 2020 is almost coming to
an end, and that’s a good cause for a treasured celebra-
tion. A festive holiday menu will be served at the Sunset
Grille on the 24th, 25th, and 26th of December from 5:30
to 10:30pm, at $59.00 per person. The special menu fea-
tures a delectable appetizer of Baby Local Lettuce and
Belgium Endive, Caramelized Walnut, Quinoa, Pomegran-
ate, Feta Cheese with Raspberry Dressing; a choice of
main course, Fire Grilled Skirt Steak Fresh Green Herb Mojo
Sauce, Grilled Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes or Roasted
Vermont Turkey and Glazed Virginia Ham, Sausage Sage
Stuffing with Turkey Gravy, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and
Baby Vegetables. For the sweet finale a traditional Petite
Buche de Noel dessert, with local Ponche Crema Sauce.

The restaurant sommelier had carefully curated a Free
Flow of Matua Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zea-
land and Bonanza by Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, Cal-
ifornia, USA, at $49.00 per person, to perfectly comple-
ment the holiday meal.
Enjoy an unforgettable dining experience with breathtak-
ing views on the Sunset Grille’s wrap around terrace over-
looking tree tops and Palm Beach or the modern ambi-
ance of the air-conditioned dining room.
