1. Staffing

At the current moment, FCEA has a manpower team of 6 full time employees and 23 “On Calls” that
works based on required hosting and selling schedules. Airport has granted First Class Experience a total
of 30 badges, from where we have still 3 available pending new trainees. At the other hand for future, we
will need additional host to assist the sales Team an HR assistant, social media and Marketing Part time
Executive and an Airport Supervisor.

Our First-Class Experience employees, host, sellers and runners are paid above average and far above the
minimum wage plus commission to ensure that they are:
 Qualified
 Well prepared
 Experienced
 Consistent
 Aim to an excellent service
 Provide warm and secure Assistance
 Give Friendly, Promptly, Courteous Service

Furthermore, FCEA recruit only employees that are proficient and have a reasonable command in English,
Spanish and Dutch. Has some experience in customer service, but are outgoing, has a positive attitude,
and a plus if are experienced in sales.
