            Dear Evaluation Committee,

            First Class Experience Aruba is grateful to the Aruba Airport Authority for the opportunity to run our
            business successfully for over 6 years at Aruba’s Airport, giving a 5-star excellent, high quality and
            professional  service  for many  of  our  affluent visitors.  We  have achieved  reasonable  financial,  and
            investment returns also for AAA with much dedicated commitment. We are also very thankful for the
            opportunity  to  participate  once more,  in the RFP for the Airport VIP  Concierge Concession for the
            continuity of a furthermore outstanding and promising partnership with AAA.

            As the pioneer business that brought this idea seriously to AAA in 2016, with an exclusive agreement, we
            are very proud to illustrate in this RFP with real figures our growth during the years. Though with a natural
            disaster in between, we have demonstrated how we have kicked back up, stronger than ever.
            Since 2016 up to 2022 we have provided;

               ☆  A total of 24103 services which 1673 are FCEA 2.0  services (during 2022)
               ☆  AWG. 1,269,172.96 revenue in concession fee to the Airport up to July 2022
               ☆  A total of 29 employees fixed and on calls

            To proof our dedication to evolve and grow together with Aruba Airport we started beginning of this year
            a new section of First Class Experience, calling it FCEA 2.0. In 2 months of having additional badges,
            and the figures will be shown, the growth that we have envisioned is spectacular and impressive. The
            revenue for the company and for AAA for the month of July 2022 has doubled but also in comparison
            with 2021.

            We as First Class Experience Aruba has proven during these last 6 years of experience that for us the
            Human Capital remains one of the most important aspect of our core focus with our customers.  We

            receive them with a warm welcome, letting them feel secured, at home, total taken care off with a unique
            experience at their arrival and so at their departure, to leave with a memorable goodbye and this is for
            each individual different and special with a total happy feeling to return soon to our Happy Island Aruba.
