menu with Romar Trading Trapiche wines

not disappoint and were
a beautiful paired match
in heaven in combina-
tion with the food and
especially the trapiche
medulla Chardonay and
the trapiche Pure Malbec
were among the patron’s
favorites. Juan Gonzales
Chaves, in charge of Ca-
ribbean sales explained
each wine finding abso-
lute approval by Romar’s
owner Milton Harms who
entertained some of the
company’s guests.

ing” and “Delicioso” were
two words heard frequent-
ly during the launching of
Asi es mi Peru’s 5 course/
5 wines Chef Table menu
on June 1st. This in collab-
oration with Romar trad-
ing representing Trapiche
wines from Argentina.
“We wanted our clients to
be aware that Asi es mi
Peru can do more than
presenting just authentic
Peruvian food and so our
Chef David Lizano and
team stepped up the lad-
der for some true Peruvian
fine dining” says Roxanna
Salinas, proud owner of the
restaurant. “We served Ti-
radito, Mashed potato of
cassava with red snapper,
Filled jalapeno peppers
with creamy quinoa, Ten-
derloin with Andean mush-
room sauce and topped
this off with a Crocante de
Maracuya”.
Trapiche is a winery in Men-
doza, Argentina. It was
founded in 1883 and con-
sists of over 1000 hectares
between several Mendoza
vineyards. It is a two-time
winner of the International
