My name is Joan Haynes, Travel Advisor, Owner for over 38 years and an ACE Agent for
Aruba.

Many of my clients are repeat clients that I have had for many years and I consider them to be
VIP Elite Travelers. Most of them want to only experience personal attention when traveling,
but most of all superior personal service, intended just for them.

I personally had the opportunity to use First Class Experience Aruba approximately 5 years
ago and was very impressed on how they operated and I thought at that time, they would be
an ideal company for my clients to use when coming to Aruba.

My personal feelings were absolutely correct, they have never failed to go above and beyond,
all the times I have used them for my clients. All my clients have been very impressed on how
professional, caring, courteous all of the employees were to them and especially they were
able to give them that one to one attention which they were looking for.

I would like to mention, by using First Class Experience Aruba that it is not a company strictly
dedicated to VIP Travelers but it is for anyone traveling to Aruba that would want to have an
exceptional experience of being able to expedite them thru all the necessary dreaded steps
and long lines at the airport.

Over the past 5years, I have seen this company mature and progress thru out the years with
only becoming better and better each year with their improvements that were made to the
