Hadicurari’s Staffers Enjoy a Tasting by Romar’s Wine Expert
PALM BEACH - At Hadicurari
Restaurant the bar is set
high so that guests will
receive the best service
possible. The staff needs to
go the extra mile and be
knowledgeable about all
the products. This is why
seminars and trainings are
embraced: these increase
their knowledge and
create engagement with
the products used.
Meet Nathan (bartender)
Charlotte (waitress)
Vicky (supervisor) Rachel
(waitress) Kimmie (trainee)
and Alex (trainee).
They are attending a wine
service training held by
Romar and given by wine
expert Fernanda Gimenez
from Argentina.
She taught them how to
correctly open bottles of
wine in two different ways
and gave a tasting with
Pinot Grigio and Prosecco.
Cheers! q
