The Parrot and the THE Commissioner of Police is a real animal lover.

He has thirteen ( 13 ) dogs, nineteen (19) cats and more

His favorite bird is a “Parrot” he keeps with him in his
office.
There the Parrot gets the inside information on all the
criminals that are brought before the Commissioner.
It knows all of the criminals by name and would ridicule
them when they were brought before the Commissioner.
There was Bubu Pancho, who stole everything he laid
his eyes on.

Last week Bubu Panncho, was brought before the
Commissioner again. As he entered the then for him
familiar office the Parrot started to chuckle up a
loud laugh and started to ridicule Pancho, before the
Commissioner had anything to say, The Parrot kept
saying, “He is BACK AGAIN. HE’S BACK, He’s back BACK
again”

The Commissioner got mad. So after the confrontation
he decided that he would punish the Parrot.
He decided that he would paint the Parrot black. A
few days later Bubu Pancho, was brought before the
Commissioner again. As he entered, the for him familiar
office, the Parrot painted in black, said nothing.

Sensing that this was his chance to get even with the
Parrot, Bubu Pancho turned to the Parrot and said: “It
seems that now that you have been punished you have
nothing to say”.
The Parrot looked him straight in the eyes and said: “I
do not speak to thieves when I am dressed in a tuxedo.”
